Admitted to the bar since 2016, Mathias Buhler is active in the judicial field, particularly in litigation related to construction law, rental law, family law, and labor law.

In his practice, Mathias Buhler is called upon to advise and represent corporations and individuals in his areas of expertise.

Before joining Schmidt & Associé, Mathias Buhler worked as an associate attorney at two firms specializing in construction law and as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the Court of Justice.

Mathias Buhler holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Geneva, a Master’s degree in economic law from the University of Geneva, as well as a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva.

Involved in the associative life of the Canton, Mathias Buhler chairs the elisa-asile association and is active within the Swiss Alpine Club (Carouge section).
