Born in 1988, Mr. Andres MARTINEZ, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Geneva and a bilingual Master’s degree in international and European law from the universities of Geneva and Basel.

After his legal internship at Ochsner & Associés, he was admitted to the bar in June 2014.

Mr. MARTINEZ then worked as a law clerk at the Civil Division of the Court of Justice in Geneva and as an associate in two local law firms.

In March 2018, he became a self-employed attorney before founding the law firm Schmidt & Associés on 1 January 2019.

Since 2022, he has been a deputy judge at the Civil Court of Geneva.

Mr. Martinez has a varied judicial activity, mainly in criminal and family law.

He practices in French, English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of German.
